Disordered Eating

Disordered Eating

I work with clients who are struggling with their relationship to food and help them discover the reasons why. I have worked at residential and outpatient clinics with teens and adults struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and disordered eating patterns. Eating Disorders develop because of many factors, including society influences, relationship with family members, childhood events, and current stress. Together, we can uncover the origin of your struggle with food, develop healthy coping mechanisms and establish a positive relationship with eating. I also partner with a primary care physician and a dietician in order to help support clients in recovery.
